Unfortunately I haven't had the best experience no fault of yours .I missed delivery have tried multiple times for a redelivery unfortunately have yet to receive my package very dissaponted to say the less .
If i could make a suggestion maybe look at changing to Australia post reason being if you miss delivery it is much easier and less stressful to go collect from the post office .
I'm very doughy full that I will receive it at all .
I have tried many to contact courier please and no response each time also impossible to speak with anyone.
Please don't think I'm blaming you I'm not
