Shipping & Returns
You may return any faulty goods for a full replacement within 7 Days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, no damage or missing parts.
If you simply change your mind, you will not be entitled to a refund and no reimbursed for shipping. We do not refund change of mind purchases . However, we are happy to help with your exchange, the item must be unwashed and unused, brand new condition. Must touch base with us within 24 hours after you receive your parcel. You are welcome to post it back for an exchange. Once we confirm the item is still in brand new condition, a credit for the item’s value will be emailed to you to purchase an exchange. Items must be in 100% unopened, unwashed, unused condition, if they are received in any other condition the parcel will be returned to you. Postage costs associated with returning and receiving the new item, and the item price difference are bare by the customers. Please note that we do not exchange or accept return for cooling panel, lunch box and drinking bottle.
In the event a product received with missing part, please contact us immediately ( within 24 hours upon product received). We will investigate and once confirm it is missing part, we will dispatch only the missing part to the original shipping address.
No return or refund for all SALE and STOCK CLEARANCE item purchase. Some Clearance items may be slightly marked, they will be full functioning order, not cracked or damaged at all but with some minor marks on it. Most clearance items will be products that we are no longer going to stock. If you have any query about the products kindly contact us. No return and exchange for clearance and sales items. No warranty cover for any Stock clearance item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In the event a faulty product is received please email us with photos of identifying the fault to : email@example.com within 7 days of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned. If you are approved, we will replace the item and send the item to your shipping address. If reject, you will bare the shipping fees return the item back to you.
If we do not have the stock available, then your refund will be processed, and a credit note will issue to you via email. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please well package the item, we hold the right to reject the item if not in original and brand new condition.
Wear and tear is a normal part of any product and common with products made for, and used by, children. Wear and tear is not a fault created during the manufacture process and is not claimable under manufacturers warranty. Care issues including ripping, spills, mould and stains (i.e issues NOT caused by a fault in the manufacturing process) are not covered under manufacturer warranty. The manufacture warranty period varies, according to supplier/manufacturer restriction.
All items listed on Bambino Love website may have colour and packaging variations. Personal computer monitor settings, device setting may vary colour displayed in all stock pictures. The stock pictures taken in the studio with studio light setting, may cause slightly colour variant too. Welcome to request for another picture taken and email to you if you are unsure for the colour. We do not refund for change of mind on a received item.
Afterpay and ZipPay
We do no offer any refund for purchase using Afterpay and ZipPay service.
All store credit are valid for one year from the date issued.
You must provide correct details at the time of making your order on. If you enter an incorrect address, Bambino Love is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. Please email us straight away if you notice that your details are wrong. If your order has been dispatched Bambino Love is not held liable.
All prices quoted on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
We have the right changes the prices displayed on the website without notice to you.
We only posts to destinations within Australia at this time. Any international order can contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can offer for international shipment.
Products posted from us will be posted with Australia Post or Courier Carrier, depending on your location.
We offer low $9.95 flat rate standard shipping across Australia.
During festive season, we offer $28 Express post option for standard small size parcel box shipping. Delivery fees for large items/ purchase are calculated on the delivery destination and may incur an additional cost. We will contact you if there is any extra express post charges incurred. For non metro area, welcome to reach out to us to arrange for one.
Orders are usually shipped within 24-96 hours during business day of receiving cleared funds for your order. Please allow up to few weeks to process the order when we are on our annual leaves.
Please allow extra time for your order dispatch and delivery during SALE, holiday periods and Back To School season ( November - February). We will ensure all orders dispatch as soon as we can. Thank you for your support.
If a product is missing from an order, please contact us immediately.
Any order goes missing, we will track it and from there an investigation will be lodged.
If it turns out to be missing, we will then reship your order, we will not refund the order value. Store credit will offer at special circumstances.
All our items are traceable with our postal services, if your order is deemed delivered, we will do further investigations with the postage service provider. Please allow extra time frame during investigation.
If you order goods which are for preorder, your entire order will be held until the preordered item arrives in stock. Preorder items have an Expected Release Date, goods may arrive up to 30 days before or after this date, you are accepting these terms when ordering. Shipping of the preorder items will be within 1-5 business days when we receiving the stock.
If you wish to cancel your processing order or an order awaiting a pre-order item, a 15% restocking fee will be charged and that will be deducted from the transaction total refunded to you as store credit. The restocking fee covers the administration costs incurred due to the change of mind.
When parcel is ship with authorise to leave (eg: at the front door) when no one attend to the door during delivery, we are not liable for any parcel lost. We holds no responsibility for goods left unattended at a delivery address. Kindly make sure it is safe to leave at the front door to prevent disappointment. When the parcel is ship with signature upon delivery, you will require to sign for the delivery. If you require ATL ( authorise to leave), please contact us and arrange for one.
We ship all items with tracking number. You will able to track your parcel at any point. You may contact the Courier Company for your parcel delivery enquiry or arrange for redelivery if there is no POP shop available nearby. If there is a POP shop available near your shipping address, your parcel will deliver to the POP shop, you may pick up the parcel within 5 business days with the calling card and your ID.
Parcel shipped with Signature upon delivery. If no one at home to receive the parcel, your parcel will either send back to depot awaiting for redelivery instruction or to your closer Pop Post Point for your collection. All parcel with ATL ( authorise to leave) instruction, we are not liable for any parcel lost.
If the parcel unable to deliver, or redelivery failed, or failed to pickup from the Post point collection, the parcel will return to our warehouse. All postage associated with the redelivery for the return parcel are bare by customer. We will invoice customer accordingly. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer the flat rate $9.95 or Free Shipping for the redelivery service. Redelivery cost will charge according to the cost charges from the courier partner.
Re-delivery fees incurred for all returned parcel, postage costs associated with return parcel are bare by the customers.
